RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Do you have an exchange policy?

  • We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your HIGORGEOUS Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order.
  • Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that the hygiene TIES which  hold the extensions in place and the hair no worn or tampered with
  • Absolutely! Feel free to remove the extensions from their bag and hold them up against your hair to check the shade, feel and length!

When would my order NOT be suitable for return/exchange?

 

  • If you have released the ties that hold the extensions in place (or removed the tag on the 1 piece ponytail extension product) you are unable to return the product for a refund or exchange.
  • Hair that has been washed, colored, or tampered with in any manner cannot be returned or replaced.
  • If you wait more than 30 days after the item is officially delivered by the courier you cannot return/exchange.
  •  No returns will be accepted if the hair has been treated or maintained 

 

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?

  • You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as HIGORGEOUS HAIR will not be held responsible for lost returns

How do I return my items?

  • We currently only accept DHL, FEDEX, and UPS for hair returns. If you need to exchange your hair, please contact us first at info@higorgeoushair.com ,and we will reply to you within 24 hours.

When will I receive my exchange ?

  • After we receive, check, and confirm that the returned hair extensions all meet our return and exchange criteria, we will send you the new color hair extensions and give you the new tracking number for the new hair
